Here is a quick set of Instructions for setting up Message Rules. The example is for the RITTI List. Note that for the RITTI list and many lists the message is not from the list but to the list, of which you are a member. Similar message rules can be set up to put messages from certain individuals in particular folders that you create.

Rules can be created to meet your individual needs.

Step 1: Go to Tools > Message Rules > Mail

 

Step 2: Choose NEW and make the selections checked.
  You can also name the rule ( eg. RITTI list )

 

Step 3: Click "contains people" , enter in key word (RITTI), click ADD , then click OK

 

Step 4 : Select "specified" folder, select folder or create new folder Click OK

Step 5 : Keep clicking OK as you exit the process. You're done!
