"SCAN," issued by the Superintendent’s Office in conjunction with the School Committee, is designed to inform staff members and interested others of matters discussed and actions taken by the Jamestown School Committee at its most recent meeting. SCAN does not represent meeting minutes.

Jamestown School Committee Work Session: September 9, 2004

Review of Strategic Plan and Action Plans:

Chairs and committee members of the five Action Plan Teams presented their plans to the School Committee. Copies of the completed plans will be mailed to members of the Strategic Planning Committee. The School Committee discussed reconvening the Strategic Planning Committee one year after the plan’s implementation to report on progress.

The next business meeting of the Jamestown School Committee will be on September 23. A joint Town Council/School Committee meeting will be held on October 7. All meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the Melrose Multi-Purpose Room.
