Jamestown Schools: A School-Community Partnership
"SCAN," issued by the Superintendent’s Office in conjunction with the School Committee, is designed to inform staff members and interested others of matters discussed and actions taken by the Jamestown School Committee at its most recent meeting. SCAN does not represent meeting minutes.
Consent Agenda: The committee approved a request by Marilyn Hostetler and Gilda Codilla to share the position of music teacher for the 2008-09 school year. The committee also approved the appointment of Marilyn Hostetler as .5 professional development facilitator; and Lisa Casey as tech coach at Melrose (2008-09).
The next business meeting of the Jamestown School Committee will be on August 21; the next workshop meeting will be on September 4. All meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the Lawn library.
