Happy Holidays!
This month we wrap up our Native American unit by learning about how they
used the stars, moon, and sky. This leads into our study of the winter
solstice and what holidays celebrate “light”. We learn about St. Lucia,
Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Christmas. We will read wonderful stories about all of
these celebrations and do many activities related to light. We end the month
with our annual Kindergarten Holiday Performance on December 23rd at
9:30am. Please join us for this very special celebration! Have a safe and relaxing
vacation enjoying family and friends!
