The next Town Hall will be
"Absolutely Abstract"
All media will be accepted including 3D work for the new
glass display cabinets. The drop off date is March 4, 2
010, 1pm-4pm. Up to 3 pieces may be entered. Non- members
are welcome. No saw tooth hangers. All work must be
properly framed, wired and ready to hang. Maximum size
48"x48". Maximum weight 20lbs. For 3D work because of
display limitations-- no work should be wider than 12"
nor taller than 18".
This is a juried show and there will be 1st, 2nd, and
3rd prizes awarded.
Join us for the opening reception on March 11, 2010 from
5-7 p.m. We are looking forward to seeing a lot of great
new work!
The
juror is Howard Rubenstein who has had many solo exhibitions. He has also
exhibited at the Cotuit Center For The Arts; Cotuit,
Massachusetts; Gallery Z; Providence, Rhode Island
; Spring Bull Gallery, Newport.
The latest Town Hall show "ALL PHOTOGRAPHY" is looking wonderful and I hope
you will take the time to drop in to take a look.
Congratulations to the new Town Hall Committee who have
done a wonderful job with their second show. We received
77 entries for this. This
show will run until March 4th 2010, which is
the pick up date for your work. Pick up will be from 1pm - 4pm
that day.
